c.1840s. Pleasant 3 storey Gothick one bay front ashlar. Cornices on each floor
with leaf stops and leaf decoration. Parapet with pointed blind arcade. 2nd
floor has 3-light window with foiled heads, moulded spandrels and drip. 1st floor
has 4-light mullion and transom window with moulded spandrels in slight projection
with quatrefoils punched into parapet and latticework to plinth. Modern shop
on ground floor.
