Former farmhouse. C17, modified in C18 and C20. Local stone rubble; concrete double Roman clay tiles between coped
gables; brick end stacks. 2 storeys, 3-bay West front. 16-pane sash windows under exposed timber lintels; central
part-glazed door in early C20 timber and tiled porch. Interior has collar beam trusses; sitting room has stop and
runout chamfered beams and fireplace with timber bressumer, probably C17; early doorframes but with C18 pattern doors.
A C20 addition to North East corner replaces former dairy.
