Farmhouse. C17. Local stone rubble with Doulting stone dressings; mostly hipped plain clay tile roofs; one brick end chimney stack to East gable. 2 storeys with attic; front elevation of 2 wide bays. In bay 1 recessed reserve chamfer mullioned windows with leaded lights, 4-lights below and 3 above; to right a 6-panelled door in plain surround; bay 2 projects with 16-pane sash windows under exposed timber lintels, and above a 2-light C20 dormer window in the hip; itself hipped.
Interior not seen but recorded as having stud and panel partitions to entrance hall, fireplaces (one with bacon curing chamber), and timber ovolo-mould window to rear. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, March 1982).
