Urn. Circa 1840. Red sandstone. Gothic style. Octagonal plan with
moulded base and bowl with quatrefoil-in-lozenge side panels. One of a
pair of urns (qv) forming part of the formal layout in the forecourt
to Loton Park (qv). They have stylistic affinities with the urn finials
to the piers in the forecourt retaining wall (qv). Included for group
value.
