Rectory, now house. Circa 1820. Stucco, lined as ashlar; hipped
slate roof. 2 storeys. Plinth and deep eaves; 2 pairs of integral
brick end stacks and one brick ridge stack. Entrance front:
3 bays; glazing bar sashes, and 2 ground-floor canted bays with 4-pane
sashes; 3 stone steps up to 2 half-glazed doors with margin lights and
flush lower panels, moulded architrave, and porch consisting of square
piers with moulded capitals supporting frieze and cornice. Garden
front: 1:3:1 bays; central 2-storey half-octagonal bay with central
French casements; verandah to ground floor with latticework supports
and frieze, and tented lead canopy. Service wing set back to right;
hipped roof with ridge stack; 3-bays, glazing bar sashes except for
2-light C20 casements to right. Interior: early C19 top-lit 3-
flight staircase with winders, open-string, stick balusters (2 per tread),
and wreathed handrail.
