Built as farmhouse, but now without a farm. Early C18. Whitewashed brick
and thatched roof. Lobby entrance plan. North side is facade. One storey
and dormer attic in 3 irregular bays. Central C20 door behind C20 hipped
portico porch. Porch roof is thatched. Door flanked by pilasters with block
capitals. To left and right are one top hinged C20 casement. Gabled roof
with one hipped dormer to the left containing a C20 casement. Gable heads
carried on kneelers. Ridge stack over door. Gable heads with multiple
tumbling, that to south pierced by a C20 casement. 2 storey gabled and
pantiled cross wing extends south from west end of facade. It is lit at
intervals through C20 casements. Rear retains one pilaster with block capital.
The other removed when early C20 extension was constructed.
