Farmhouse, comprising two buildings abutting each other. Mid C16 origins, altered C17, C18, C19 and C20. Brick on flint plinth and some ashlar dressings. Thatched roofs. Principal house is to east. Two storeys in four bays. Door left of centre behind early C19 timber case with overlight. Three sashes to ground floor under segmental heads and three to first floor under square heads, all with glazing bars. One stepped C17 buttress to east corner and a C20 buttress to left of door. At corners stone quoins. Windows in reduced openings and some C16 brickwork. Gabled roof carrying internal end stacks, that to east C20, that to west C16: square plinth and three drum flues. Gables on kneelers. Rear has two sloping buttresses and central C20 door. One sash to right and four to first floor, all with glazing bars. Outshut to left of door and remains of arched door to its right in wall of C16 brick. One dormer in roof with C20 casement. Western house of one storey and dormer attic. Two doors, one under a segmental arch. Three casements to ground. Dentil eaves cornice below gabled roof. Three dormers with C20 casements. Roof of this house of two tiers taper-tenoned butt purlins and collars. Roof of east house not accessible. Interiors otherwise completely altered.
