Cottage. C18. Flint, red brick dressings. Roof red pantiles. Three bays, single
storey with attic, formerly a pair. Two 3-light C19 cast iron casements, glazing
bars, under C20 arches, earlier brick dressed surrounds. Door under rubbed brick
cambered arch, dressed surround; 2 panelled door, central and top lights glazed.
Flanking doorway filled in. Eaves cornice. One off-centre goblet dormer, 2-light
cast iron casement window glazing bars. Two C20 flat roofed dormers. Parapet
gables NW coped with rendering cement, SW coped with tiles. Two bays, single storey
extension at SW, flint, pantiled. C19 iron framed fixed window, glazing bars, under
rubber brick cambered arch. Two-panelled door, central and top lights glazed. NW gable
to road, flint wall, brick gable. Included for group value.
