Farmhouse. 1803-1806 by Samuel Wyatt Gault brick facade. Roof smut black
pantiles. Single pile. Two storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor, 2 tripartite sashes
with glazing bars recessed under segmental rubbed brick arches. First floor,
3 sashes, glazing bars under rubbed brick flat arches. Central porch, Doric unfluted
columns, entablature and cornice, no pediment. Part glazed door, glazing bars, under
fanlight. Moulded brick eves cornice. Two end gable stacks. Right gault brick wall
sweeping down from eaves to first floor level to mask services; left one bay wing, flint
gault brick dressings, smut pantiles, sash windows with glazing bars. Rear: red brick,
bow window to former kitchen ground floor.
