Gate lodge. Early C19. Plastered light timber frame; thatched hipped roof
with brick ridge stack. Gothick cottage ornee of 2-unit plan at right-angles
to road. One-storey symmetrical front with plank door flanked by single-
light diamond-leaded windows, all openings with pointed arched heads. one-
storey C20 extension to right, partly masked by high garden wall. Interior
not inspected. One of an identical pair (q.v.) flanking the west entrance
to the Manor House (q.v.) grounds.
