Estate Cottage, formerly a pair, c. 1850. Squared stone front, other
walls rubble; tooled dressings; Welsh slate roof with brick chimneys.
2 storeys, 2 wide bays. Central projecting gabled porch has 2 single-
light windows and coped gable with moulded kneelers and pyramidal finials;
boarded door under flattened triangular head in each return. Flanking
bays have 2-light mullioned windows, the upper in half-dormers set
forward on moulded corbels, with similarly-treated gables. All openings
in chamfered surrounds, all windows iron-latticed cross casements, with
hoodmoulds. End gables coped on moulded kneelers, with stepped and
corniced stacks. Later rear extension not of interest. Shown as
