Stable block, formerly for the coaching inn. 1836 for Sir Charles Monck.
Ashlar with tooled-and-margined dressings and Welsh slate roof. L plan, 2
storeys. The corners have angle pilasters with roll-moulded corners.
Longer range to left 5 bays. Boarded and battened door to groom's room on
left, boarded double doors to carriage house in 2nd and 3rd bays, and stable to
right. 5 windows to granary above. Projecting short wing to right has boarded
door and double door with small-paned Yorkshire sash over. Gabled roof with
stone eaves. The gable ends are pedimented. Small square end stack on left.
