Built as 2 tenements it is now converted to one tenement. A mid C19
red brick building with gault brick rusticated quoins and centre strip
and a raised band. A central panel bears the date 1851. Roof modern
pantiles. Two storeys. Two window range of double-hung sashes with
glazing bars. Four-panel doors. Included for group value.
