Late C18/early C19. 2 storeys. Detached. Red brick. 3 windows on 1st
floor, 2 on ground floor (larger), plate glass sashes with marginal glazing
and moulded architraves. Central 6 panel door, upper panels glazed, cut
brackets to flat hood. Modern tiled roof with stone coped verged, footstones
and with gable end chimneys; catslide to rear. Retaining stone wall to garden,
rusticated gate-piers at North-East corner with moulded capping; cast iron
gate with arrow head rails and dog rails and with cross and quatrefoil middle
rail.
