C18. Painted stone, hipped modern pantile roof, rusticated quoins, plain
string at 1st floor level, moulded cornice and plain parapet. 3 storeys
5 windows (side windows in pairs with wide stone mullions between), sashes,
glazing bars, architrave surrounds, moulded sills on cut stone brackets.
Central doorway with square head, architrave surround and flat cornice
on moulded brackets. Oblong fanlight with glazing bars, 6-panelled door.
Shop front each side of door.

Nos 30 to 35 (consec) form a group.
