C18. Three storeys. Ashlar, moulded cornice and plain parapet. Pantiled roof. Two windows, sashes with architrave surrounds. First floor windows have flat moulded cornices and glazing bars. Ground-floor has modern shop-fronts, with adjacent centre doorways, under dentilled fascia.

Nos 27 to 29 (consec) form a group with No 2 Kingston Road, The Kings Arms Hotel and Nos 2, 5 and 6 Coppice Hill and all the listed buildings in the Shambles.
