Mid C19, formerly a barn or stables and part of the 'New Almhouses' range.
Sandstone ashlar and plain tiled roof with stone coped gable ends and moulded
eaves. Two large four-centred arches, right one with wooden double doors, the
other which is blocked with masonry contains a square headed mullion/transom
diamond pane window with square drip-mould. Narrow four-centred arch doorway
between with fanlight. Lower slightly set back wing on north-east end with
hipped roof and four-centred arch doorway.
