Sunday School hall. 1905. Designed by George Baines and Sons, in the Perpen-
dicular style. Red brick with ashlar dressings. Slate roofs with decorative
ridge tiles. Chamfered plinth. East front, 3 bays, wide central bay defined by
buttresses topped by square finials either side of the coped gable. A central
pair of doorways with double plank doors, with ornate hinges and overlights, in
chamfered ashlar surrounds with segment heads and hoodmoulds. Either side are
single light traceried windows. Above a large 5 light traceried window, with
segment head and hoodmould, flanked by single light traceried windows. Included
for group value only.
