Albert Hanxy Wratislaw (1822-92) who lived here for the early part of his life.
let house in Rugby to have roof covered with Welsh slates. Pale brown bricks,
3 storeys, 2 sash windows with glazing bars. Wood eaves cornice. Full height segmental
bow on right has 3 light windows under segmental arches. Door on left has rectangular
fanlight, surround of panelled Doric pilasters under bracketed hood.
