Former vicarage, now 6 flats. Mid C19. English bond brick with moulded rendered
dressings. Plain-tile roofs have ornamented bargeboards; brick ridge and
external stacks have diagonally-set square shafts and cornices. Irregular
double-depth plan. Tudor style. 2 storeys and attic. Entrance front, at right
angles to road, is a 4-window range. Gabled wing on right has external stack
with 2 shafts. Central 2-window range has gabled porch in angle. Doorway has
chamfered outer Tudor arch and inner arch on corbels. 9-panelled Tudor-arched
door inside has chamfered surround. 2 small windows to left. Chamfered and
moulded mullioned windows throughout have painted lattice glazing and margin
bars, and most have transoms and hood moulds. Central range has 3-light windows,
with small gables above. Gabled left range has two single-light windows to
ground floor, cross-window above and blind slit window to gable. Lower range
beyond has blind slit windows to ground floor, and 3-light window with gable
above. Right return side to garden has gabled wing on right with 2-storey
5-light canted bay, and 2-light mullioned attic window. Main range has 3-light
windows with gable to left, and one-light windows to right. Interior not
inspected.
