Retaining wall forming part of a dam. c.1833. Purple brick with dentil cornice.
The wall is arched to a height of approximately 3 metres at its centre, and is
also curved. 3 round-arched openings. The tall central opening is a tunnel
containing the screw mechanism of a plug to the lake. Much smaller openings, to
left, and to right forming a water outlet.
