The cross wing of a medieval timber-framed and plastered hall house with
a small part of the hall block surviving on the south end. Altered in
the C16-C17. 2 storeys. The former cross wing is jettied on the front,
on curved brackets. The exposed timber-framing on the north side is of
C14 type and may have been part of an earlier building. 2 window range,
C20 casements with glazing bars on the upper storey and leaded lights
on the ground storey. There is a central doorway. Roof thatched. The
small part of the earlier hall block is tiled and the studding is exposed
on the upper storey.
