Farmhouse, formerly divided into 2 cottages, but built as one house. C18,
possibly with earlier fragments. Timber-framed and rendered; clay pantiles.
1½ storeys; 3-cell plan. An internal chimney-stack with a plain rebuilt red
brick shaft, and an end stack on the left, set within the frame. 2 dormers
with segmental arched heads and rendered cheeks have 2-light old casement
windows with a single bar to lights. 2 3-light C20 metal casement windows to
the ground floor. 2 plank doors set side by side within a wide, open trellis
porch, gabled and pantiled. Interior with C18 timbering exposed: primary
braces, bisected studs, joists on edge; one section of the front wallplate
