House. Early C18. Timber-framed and roughcast front range with
plaintiled mansard roof; gabled C19 rear extension in random
flint and red brick.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, cellar and attic; front range in 2
irregular bays with a chimney-stack at the north end. One
window with a segmental-arched head to each storey of the
front: a 12-pane sash with a flush frame to the upper storey
and a tripartite window to the ground storey with a 12-pane
central sash and diminished side-lights. A large gabled dormer
with a 3-light small-paned casement window. At the rear, an
old 3-light small-paned casement window.
INTERIOR: a large chamfer to the main cross-beam in the
ground-storey room. Original winding stair in the north-west
corner to the 1st storey and attic. Large attic, formerly a
workshop.
