Bridewell Cottage

GV II

House, on a corner site. Early C19. Red brick with a high
cement plinth; hipped slate roof with a wide plain eaves
overhang. 2 storeys and cellar. One window to each storey on
the Bridewell Lane frontage, 12-pane sashes in flush cased
frames with segmental-arched frames and brick arches. A
panelled entrance door in plain brick reveals. A range of 3
similar sash windows facing Church Walks, one blank on the
upper storey and 2 blank on the ground storey.
