A terrace of 4 houses. Early C18. Timber-framed, with render
to Nos 9 and 10, roughcast to No.11 and applied brickwork to
No.12. Pantiles.
3 storeys and cellars; rubble flint to the end wall on the
south at ground and 1st storey level suggests that the top
storey is an addition. An internal chimney with a tall narrow
rectangular rendered shaft between Nos 10 and 11. 4 window
range: small-paned 2-light casements to Nos 9 and 10, various
C20 windows to No.11 and early C20 cross windows to No.12. All
the ground and 1st storey windows have moulded architraves and
cornices. The doors are paired, with moulded architraves and
cornices.
