House. Dated 'Jas. Goner Anno Domini MDCCCLIV' on left hand return front;
older work to rear. White brick, hipped slated roof. 2 storeys. 5 windows,
2:1:2, inset sashes with glazing bars, flat stucco arches. Central entrance
with double 3-panel raised and fielded doors, plain rectangular fanlight,
panelled reveals; portico with fluted columns and plain pilasters supporting
entablature. To the right hand side is a late C19 conservatory with a range
of windows with pointed arches and a matching door.
