Cottage. Late C18/early C19 with C20 extensions. Whitewashed pebble front with colourwashed brick return walls and dressings, low pitched hipped slate roof. Two storeys with rendered end stacks. Plat band over ground floor and block-rusticated angle piers to ends, outer plate glass sash windows under cambered heads to first floor in block-rusticated brick surrounds. Central, leaded, two-light casement with ogee-arched head in block-rusticated brick surround on the first floor. Two similar outer ground floor windows; door to centre under ogee-arched head. Right hand return front: ogee-arched head casement window on each floor to right, with four-panel door under similar head on ground floor. Hip-roofed extension to right corner; further extensions to rear.
