(Formerly listed as Holyoake Farmhouse and attached outbuildings to W and SW, Little Alne)

Cowhouse and outbuilding and attached stable. C17; C19 stable and alterations.
Timber framed: square framing with whitewashed brick infill; outbuilding refaced
in whitewashed brick to yard; stable is of red brick. Old tile roofs. L-plan,
with short outbuilding wing attached to Holyoake Farmhouse (q.v.) on right. One
storey and loft; 3 bay cowhouse, 2-bay outbuilding. To yard cowhouse has single
and double leaf plank doors. Outbuilding has gate in segmental arched opening.
C19 one-bay stable on left has stable door and small opening. To road: Cowhouse
has central plank door and hayloft door above. Small window. Left return side
has C20 casement. Interior: Double framed roof. Trough. Stable retains hayrack.
Part of outbuilding converted to dairy at later date.
