Cottage. C17; largely rebuilt or refaced C19; extended mid/late C20. Timber
framed; large irregular framing with whitewashed brick infill; part underbuilt
and plastered. Front rebuilt in whitewashed brick. Old tile roof; addition has
concrete tiles; brick ridge and internal stacks. 2-unit plan, extended to
3-unit. One storey and attic with dormers; 2-window range. C20 ribbed door and
open timber porch. Ground floor has 2 small mid C20 canted bay windows, and 2
casements, one C19, under brick segmental arches. Mid C20 casements with leaded
lights. Left return side largely plastered, but has exposed collar of roof
truss. To rear: Some exposed framing. Irregular fenestration. Interior not
inspected.
