Detached cottage. Late C18. Rendered brick, hipped thatched
roof, brick stack. Single-storey and attic, 2 windows. Central
C20 door in beaded case, gabled porch with double Roman tiled roof,
to left is one 3-light casement, to right is one 2-light casement.
One eyebrow dormer with 2-light casement. Left return has planked
door and 2-light casement to attic. Rear has integral outshut
with one small casement.
Interior has chamfered beams.
