Plain late Georgian cottage dating probably from the 1840s.
Roughcast rendered and painted with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stack. Double depth plan with central entry. Two storeys, two windows, all 3 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills. Plain doorway with 6-panel door. Plain low pitch roof with stack to either gable.
