Late C18 or early C19 lofted stable and coach-house range to Castell Madoc.
Stable and coach-house range, rubble stone with imitation slates to roof. Two storeys, five bays, the centre three slightly advanced with broad gable. Gabble glazed roundel with stone voussoirs, first floor three cambered-headed square windows with stone voussoirs, two with casement pair glazing, left one unglazed. Ground floor broad centre elliptical arched coach entry with casement pair each side, all with stone voussoirs. Wings each side have centre casement pair under eaves and cambered headed casement pair below with stone voussoirs. W end has one first floor casement pair and blocked attic window, both with stone voussoirs.
Rear is rubble stone to right with one first floor casement pair with stone voussoirs. Added C19 lean-to across centre and left with blocked coach-entry in line with front coach-entry, door and 12-pane hopper window to left.
Not available for inspection.
Included for its special interest as a large late Georgian lofted stable and coach-house range.
