History

Small C19 terraced house, built with No 2. Much restored in late C20.

Exterior

Terraced house, painted roughcast with close eaved slate roof and red brick end stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays, with renewed 12-pane sashes with concrete sills, and centre arched doorway with blocked tympanum and C20 panelled door.

Reasons for Listing

Included as a small terraced house in late Georgian style. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
