House, earlier C19, apparently built in 1838 as there are bills from Paul Griffith & Co for a complete rebuilding. Marked on 1839 Tithe map as owned by W.S. Protheroe of Dolwilym, occupied by David Thomas (tenant also at Glyntaf) with 133 acres (54 hectares).
House, whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and brick end stacks. Two storey, three-window range of 4-pane sashes with half-glazed door. Timber lintels to ground floor openings. Outshut rear with added conservatory.
Not inspected.
Included as a smaller farmhouse in late Georgian style.
