History

Early to mid C19 house built as a pair with The Kieffe which adjoins to the right, but is altered.

Exterior

Semi-detached house of 2 storeys, 3 windows in painted roughcast, with 12 pane painted timber sashes throughout, pitched, slated roof and red brick end stacks. Stone steps to 4-panelled painted timber door to ground floor centre, with C20 arched painted timber hood on lightly scrolled brackets. Slate sills to window openings, with plain stucco surrounds to ground floor openings. Plain L gable with timber barge board.

Reasons for Listing

Included as an earlier C19 town house retaining traditional character.
