A probably early C19 direction indicator which has had the original lettering removed, probably in WWII.
Square stone about 1m in height which has been painted. The faces to the roads originally had relief metal lettering but these have been removed. The faces now have painted lettering LLANDOGO and TINTERN with pointing arrows. OS bench mark on Llandogo face.
Included as a probably early C19 direction marker.
