Earlier C19 farmhouse. Marked on 1837 Tithe Map as Pwllagddy owned by John Morgan, occupied by David Rees, with 50 acres (20.25 hectares).
Farmhouse, whitewashed render with slate roof and whitewashed rendered end stacks. Two-storey, three-window range offset to right. 12-pane hornless sashes with C20 centre enclosed porch (reusing 2 iron columns). Added rear outshut with window each floor in E end wall
Included as a good example of the late Georgian farmhouses of the region, with original windows.
