Early C19 2-storey house of rubble stone with roughcast painted cream; slate roof and end brick stacks. In the upper storey are four 16-pane hornless sashes. In the lower storey are tripartite sashes flanking central doorway (beneath added canopy) with panelled door. A continuous outshut to rear has 3 half dormers with 2-light, small-pane casements. In the lower storey are a boarded up opening to R similar casement R of centre and boarded door L of centre.
Not inspected at time of survey (September 1997).
A good example of an unimproved early C19 farmhouse.
