Rubble stone with asbestos roofs, and one stone ridge stack. Two ranges, running downhill. Upper range has former farmhouse to left and stable to right, with ridge stack between and coped left gable. House is two-storey, double-fronted, two square windows under eaves two ground floor square windows with slab lintels and centre door with timber lintel. Stable to right has door and window with timber lintels and gable-end loft window with stone voussoirs.
Lower range, added, is cow-house with two doors, stepped downhill.
A rare example in the region of a vernacular farmstead of c1800, preserved through reuse as outbuilding.
