A late C18 barn of rubble stone with a slate roof. Five bays, with central cartway, the full height doors replaced. Unusually long ventilation slits to each bay, both sides, and to gables. Small door from yard to the SE end bay. C20 cattle shed attached to rear - not of special interest.
Tie beam trusses with thin raking struts to the principal rafters. Two tiers of purlins.
Included as a well built example of a late C18/early C19 Breconshire barn and for group value with Pendre farmhouse.
