HSBC Neglect of listed building

It's disappointing to see the deteriorating condition of the delightful old dormer windows atop this listed building. If a beautiful old building like this, apparently in responsible corporate ownership can be neglected in this way, less fortunate owners of such buildings can be forgiven for their inability or unwillingness to maintain them properly.
