Earlier to mid C19 Llanerchaeron estate cottage.
Whitewashed rubble stone with steep hipped roof and stone end stacks, large to left. Two storeys, double fronted and offset to right. Two 4-pane casement pair windows each floor, upper ones under eaves, lower ones and door between with cambered brick heads. Ledged door.
Windowless end walls and rear, the rear unusually with rounded corners, which are sometimes indicative of cob-walled buildings. Added brick lean-to with chimney on rear and corrugated iron lean-to on left end wall.
Included as a well-preserved C19 estate cottage. Group value with Pontbrenmydyr.
