Late C19 former pump-house.
Red brick with pyramid slate roof. Small, single storey, square-plan with much decorative brickwork. Corbelled eaves, triple-arcade each face with rubbed brick arches and raised piers, metal small-paned arched windows with stone sills and panelled brickwork beneath. One door on E side. Two triangular gablets in roof, one to W, one to E.
A picturesque example of late Victorian brickwork used on a small functional building.
