History

Mid C19 office building, shown on 1860s maps as Coastguard Station.

Exterior

Stucco two-storey three-window front with chamfered NW angle, hipped slate roof and rendered end stacks. Originally 16-pane sashes, but first-floor centre has C20 French windows giving onto unpainted galvanised metal balcony, added since 1981. Windows each side have lost some glazing bars. Ground floor C20 door to left and two 16-pane sashes.
