History

Not built up on 1848 Meyrick estate map; street was named after EdwardáLaws who died 1854.

Exterior

Circa 1850-60 terraced house, roughcast with slate roof and stone N end stack. Basement and two storeys, two-window range of 12-pane sashes above, one 16-pane sash below and arched door to right. Four-panel door with plain fanlight. Iron area railings and steps down to basement door and window.
