Circa 1850 terraced house, painted stucco with imitation slate roof and renewed rendered N end stack (stone in 1981). Basement and two-storey two-window range of 12-pane sashes above, 16-pane sash to ground floor right over area grille. Door to left has pilaster surround with moulded arch, two slate steps, four-panel door and plain fanlight to arched head.
Group value as part of Nos 19 to 33 (odd), a terraced row retaining parts of its original character.
