Mid C19 estate cottage, possibly built for the Cawdor estate. Coursed grey stone with slate roof and big stone centre stack, four shafts with chamfered angles. One storey and loft, double-fronted with pointed centre doorway and casement pair each side, all with chamfered cut stone voussoirs and three deep slate hoodmoulds. Ledged door. Loft window each end and carved bargeboards to gable. Added rear lean-to.
