Mid C20 telephone call box, K6-type red, cast iron kiosk to the standard design of Sir Giles Gilbert Scott introduced by the GPO in 1936.
Domed roof with four lunettes containing embossed George VI crowns over repainted red lettered transparent panels and ventilation slits. Horizontal glazing to sides and door with marginal glazing bars, raised surrounds and moulded plinth. Blank rear, foundry plate not visible.
