Submedieval vernacular cottage.
One-and-a-half storeys, timber framed, slate roof. The framing of varied quality with some re-used timbers in large irregular square panels with brick infill. The walls have been raised with short panels inserted above the original wallplate. Left hand gable rendered and lean-to under tin roof. Rubble stone stack built into right hand gable end with brick upper, large projecting brick stack set into front left corner.
Irregular fenestration, C19 and later, set within the panels; tiny single light to right of door. Plank door with trellis work porch.
Stone rubble and brick garage attached to right gable under iron roof.
